Disseminated or localized mycobacterial infections due to M. avium or M. intracellulare; localized infections due to M. kansasii, M. chelonae & M. fortuitum. H. pylori infections. Odontogenic infections. Prevention of disseminated M. avium complex (MAC) infection in patients w/ advanced HIV infection.
